Heidi Pounder - Pounder!

Heidi is our resident Farm Girl; a farmer of generations she is Dorset born and bred and knows everything (and everyone) in and about the local area. One of life's good souls, she always has a smile and listening ear and is happy to pass on her practical help to all who need it. "If there's a will there's way" is her life's mantra and she really does have the will!

Heidi has 3 kids, Emi, Harry and Ollie who live with her and her husband Jez on the Farm at Wooders. She also had her happy herd of around 100 Hereford Cows - a suckling herd that she loves and cares for (can you love a cow too much) as well as lots of friends, relations and farming friends who are all a part of the fabric of our lives. Heidi is quite simply our secret weapon and there is nothing she cannot pull out of the bag!

Fiona Bardwell - Fi / Bardi!

Fiona has lived in Dorset for almost 15 years now and immediately felt like she'd found her home! Born a Kentish lass with a "dodgy Kent accent" as she likes to call it, Fiona has spent a lifetime working within the Hospitality industry - both at Sea and ashore - and is the consummate professional with a permanent smile and the drive to see every project through to it's end.

She LOVES to entertain and by her own admission is a "feeder" who is always cooking and baking something up! Fi has 2 feral children, Florie and Ernie, her husband Sam who's in the Geek industry and a whole array of people coming and going in her life. She is a social butterfly and loves a weekend away and is always planning her next trip. She always puts tents up with a full face of make-up applied whatever the conditions and you'll be amazed at how she can get so much in one van!

Perfect Party Tents - Building a Marquee Business for all in Dorset

Back before (and during) the Covid pandemic, Fiona was running her own small business called Perfect Party Boxes creating Planet friendly Party Bags and Party Kit Hire when during a stay at Wooders, they both decided to buy a couple of Bell Tents. Fi to use for Sleepover Parties - and Heidi having up on site for campers to hire. Well, it turned out everyone wanted to GLAMP in a big way so after one manic summer working side by side, we decided to go all in and create Perfect Party Tents!

We set out to become an affordable and sustainable company that was committed to being the sort of company we would want to deal with. So of course our standards (and expectations) are high, our customer service is hugely important to us and we do all we can to be the best we can be out there in the fields!

Saying YES!!

It's become a bit of a "thing" that we say "Yes"!

Since we started, it's been totally bonkers and we've just said "Yes" to everyone - and as a result we now have 30 Bell Tents and 5 Marquees, a whole team of lovely bods and have helped so many people create wonderful memories that they will hold forever. That's just the dream isn't it? All just by saying "yes" to people.

We love what we do and are so passionate about making sure all our guests have simply the best time. We've gone down so well we were even nominated for - and won - Best NEW Business of the Year at the Poole Business Awards at the end of 2022. Most recently we have won "Best place to work" for 2026 as we've been so committed to making sure our teams have the best start in their career history. We do all we can to live up to these accolades and have done since the outset.
