Heidi Pounder (Pounder)

Heidi is our resident Farm Girl; a farmer of generations she is Dorset born and bred and knows everything (and everyone) in and about the local area. One of life's good souls, she always has a smile and is happy to pass on her practical help to all who need it. "If there's a will there's a way" is her life's mantra and she really does have the will! Heidi has three kids - Emily-May, Harry and Ollie who live with her and her husband, Jez on the Farm at Wooders. She also has about 100 head of cattle and various other animals, relations and farming friends who are all part of the furniture in our lives. Heidi is just an absolute delight to know and to work with!

Fiona Bardwell (Bardi / Fi)

Fiona has lived in Dorset for almost 14 years now and immediately felt at home here despite being born a Kentish lass with a "dodgy Kent accent" as she likes to call it. With a lifetime working within the Hospitality industry - both at sea and ashore - she is the consummate professional with a permanent smile and the drive to see every project through to it's end. She LOVES to entertain and with 2 children - Florie and Ernie, a husband (Sam) who works in the geek industry and a house and garden full of animals she also has a thriving social life which usually involves trying to book as many trips away as possible! She always puts tents up with full make up and you'll always wonder how much she can actually get in her van, Polly.

Building a Marquee Business for Dorset

Back before (and during) the Covid Pandemic, Fiona was running a small business called Perfect Party Boxes creating Party Bags and Party Kit Hire when after a successful Summer working alongside Heidi - both using their own Tents but with Fiona Glamping them all up - they decided to go all in, combine forces and create Perfect Party Tents. We always set out to be the business we wish we'd had available to us when we got married - affordable, sustainable - not scary or about the sales pitch! And committed to providing a service out there in the fields!

Since we started it's been totally bonkers - we've said YES to everyone - and we now have so much to look forward to for 2026 and beyond. We can't wait to meet you and help you make magical memories in our Bell Tents and Marquees. We love what we do and are so passionate about making sure all our guests have simply the best time. We've gone down so well we were even nominated for - and won - Best NEW Business of the Year at the Poole Business Awards at the end of 2022 and recently, "Best place to work" - we've been committed to living up to this since the outset!
