We name all our Tents so you will find it easier than simply asking for a Marquee in a size you're not really sure about - we're more specific so you'll know exactly what it is you've booked and what it looks like.

Florence is a beautiful tent, ideal for weddings and corporate events as she's so versatile and easy to extend as you wish.

Bill is the Ultimate Perfect Party Tent measuring 19m x 10m. We can also provide flooring, festoon lighting and full dressing for him.

Sally & Jeanie are the perfect addition to any event creating more space for Dancefloors, extra seating or a bar area - whatever you like! They are also the perfect "small" Marquee for use in your garden or outdoor space.
All prices above are if we are setting up at our home site at Wooders Campsite - this is where they are all stored and so it's cheaper for us to put them up there.
When taking them anywhere else we charge a £100 per Marquee surcharge to help us with the additional payroll costs of taking people out and about and the extra time involved etc.
For distances over 25 miles we also charge £1 per mile per vehicle Fuel charge (we've only got 2 vans though so don't worry - and they definitely drink more than we charge)
We are always very transparent about our prices and try to be as upfront as possible so you can get on with the fun stuff - planning your big event! ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO VAT (IT WILL BE ON YOUR INVOICE)

If you think you'll need a bit of extra space and book both Florence AND Sally (or Jeanie) for 2025 - you'll get £100 OFF your booking so the two will either be £1650 if sited at Wooders or £1750 anywhere else! For any 2 Nights - at any time of year!
If you want us to dress all the arches of your Marquee and it’s pole/s with either Cream Floral Garlands or Artificial Foliage, linens of your colour choice, white, coloured or hessian bunting and twinkly Lights we can do that for you so you have a beautiful base level of decor which will go with your theme.

Our fabulous Dandy Dura Flooring is the perfect way to lay down a rustic and country feel to your Marquee and at just £400 per large Marquee (£200 per Pagoda) - and only £100 for a walkway - we can lay this for you so no need for additional suppliers!
Festoon Lights hung around the whole of the Marquee and any additional lights left can be hung on poles or supports as supplied.

Heidi and I love a good wedding - and so does lovely Florence and combined with our fabulous new Dandy Dura matting also available to hire for the floor, we can also supply bales*, festoon lighting, bunting, breakout furniture and floral garlands to really create a romantic space for your big day!

Bill has the flexibility - with all sides and walls included - to be your very best friend should the British Weather turn up - in all it's variety!
The perfect space for hanging out, setting up a bar, enjoying food or busting some shapes on a dancefloor!

Our Marquees really do look the part - stylish yet simple and easy to adorn with whatever decor you choose. There are poles, tabs along all the wall edges to hang lights, garlands and bunting etc and they really are the perfect party piece! Florence and/or the Pagodas are definitely our Go-to tents for a beautiful Summer Party!

Florence can seat up to a max of 120 guests on long trestle tables (at it's limit).

No-one knows our Marquees like we do - and we know how to make them look their best. Should you wish, we can dress the Marquee for you and make it look spectacular for your event.
We are more than happy to work to your dream and will arrange a meting with you so we can talk about how we can achieve it for you - we're all about the Dream!

We love what we do but we have to be strict about how far we go to do it!
Anything over 25 Miles from BH20 7NN (for Marquee hire) is £1 per mile per vehicle required plus £50 for the teams extra time. We'll let you know at time of booking.
Read these please - and get Insurance! We recommend CoverMarque Insurers - they know their stuff and you'll feel safe in their hands!
If the wind speeds (including gusts) are forecasted to go over 40-50mph on the day of your event - we cannot have the Marquees up and out.
Please get Events Insurance!
We can often come up with a back up plan but this will be at further cost - so get the Insurance!

Do feel free to print up this list and bring it with you to any meetings you have with us - and of course do ping us an email letting us know what you need from the list at any time - we're always happy to help with any questions or requests you may have.
Please also make sure you read - and take note of - our T&C's. And please make sure you have adequate Event Insurance. We've never had to cancel an event - but we would be devastated if we did have to and you weren't insured. Do it!
