At Perfect Party Tents we are ALL about the team.  We pride ourselves on being a fair, inclusive (and fun) employer where people WANT to go to be at work.  Whether you're on the Marquee Crew or form part of our Glamping Army - we're all in it together!

We are committed to helping people who worry that they won't be a good employee because of their circumstances.  We know all about this - because it was us too! 

We know what it is to be at the mercy of modern life - whether that's school phone calls and NHS appointments and demands in your life that change from day to day - because for us that has been (and still is) our normal and we know that doesn't always work very well in a "traditional" workplace.  We also know that for some of us, a deterioration in our mental health can rock up and throw a wobbler just when we'd rather it didn't.  At Perfect Party Tents we accept that life's challenges - and getting over them - is all part of what makes our team diverse and fabulous.

Committed to helping young people into work!

 We are always open to employing young people from rural areas who might otherwise find it almost impossible to gain work - it's something we are really passionate about.   Our young people are all registered with the local council and have had approval from parents and schools so that they can gain work experience in a "real" work place and gain experience helping them when they go out into "Career" jobs later on.  We build relationships with families and communities (such as the local Explorer Scouts) so that we can help young people develop their work ethic and get much needed experience.

We all have our strengths and weaknesses, Heidi and Fiona are the opposite of each other so we know all about the power of difference.  We also know how important inclusivity and diversity is - and what that actually means in real life, on a day to day basis.

We will always support our teams so that they can work in a safe, supportive and positive environment - and so they can be there for those who are most important to them.  We firmly believe that what you put in, you get out, and fortunately for us this has meant we have developed the best team spirit you could wish for, on foundations built on trust and support and wanting to get the job done.

Sam

Pictured living her best life here is Sam (aka Dave) - she is as Dorset as it is possible to get - without being Heidi!

She's also Mum to 4 fab children and is a Nurse too! She's one of the hardest working and funniest humans we know. 

She loves taking her tribe off in their caravan and loves the outdoors.  She's a proud farmers daughter and starts most conversations with "Yer"!  You know you're in for a great day when she's in!  

Sam is our Ian Botham - a great all-rounder who can quite literally do it all - Marquees, Tents, Glamp and is also fabulous with Wedding prep - we love her!

Florie

Pictured here with Fiona and Heidi a few years ago, Florie is now joining our team "properly" new for 2026.  With a few Glamping jobs with us under her belt last year, Floz absolutely showed her "calm in a crisis" attitude when she arrived on her first ever job in a downpour - and not put off - proceeded to deck out every tent in the most stunning way - getting totally soaked in between the tents and showing she's made of pretty strong stuff!  Her Tents quite simply look like beautiful boutique Hotel rooms - and we love her for it!!

Seen here with his big brother George - Edward is joining us NEW for the 2026 season and we're thrilled to have him onboard! 

An all round good egg, Edward has been helping out at our festivals here and there for a while with his brother (who he very much looks up to) and he's been a joy to have around....so much so, we thought we'd finally get him on the team now he's old enough to work. 

We're so looking forward to watching this young man grow and we'll keep you posted on how he gets on!

Joining the Marquee Crew NEW for 2026 - young Charlie is one of Sam's boys and has been very vocal about wanting to start with us - so Charlie is joining us with Edward and Florie as our three youngest and we look forward to seeing them thrive at work!


Caiden

Joining the Marquee Crew NEW for 2026 - we can't wait to see what this fella gets up to and brings to the team!  Younger brother to Aspen - one of our former (and possibly best ever) Tent Crew members, Caiden has been very keen to get started and so we'll let you know how he gets on, but he's already been making a fabulous start!  Welcome to the team Caiden!


Casey

Joining the Marquee Crew for 2026 Casey is one of our newest team members, joining the Tent Crew helping bring some attention to detail and quiet self assurance to our team - we already love her!


George & Kieran

George & Kieran

These young fellas have been with us  for sometime now - they never quite seem to leave us.  George (on the right) was with us from the very start and has learnt so much along the way since he was just 13 and had no idea how to make a bed up! Kieran has been with us for the last two summers and both have now flown the nest for Careers in Farming and Engineering.  This doesn't stop them popping back in though and helping out here and there around their work.  They are part of our history and we love them.  Thoroughly decent, honest, hard working young men - this is what a good start in the workplace is all about!  there is nothing they don't know about how our business operated and they are a credit to their parents and an asset to their new employers!  Always tenters to us!

The Perfect Party Tents Support Artists...

We are so lucky to be surrounded by many support artists.  Husbands, Mums, Grandparents and Friends who all help us in their own way whether with childcare or their own expertise.  

Bridget & Simon - Parents of George & Edward these two show up to every festival and are just the biggest support to us.  It helps that their offspring are VERY tall too!

Julian - one of the Farm Guys who has also been known to help us out getting a Marquee up or down...he's also amazing with the Tractor and moving things about!  

Paul (aka DJ Unicorn) who again is a Wooders regular - and an events electrician and fabulous Techy who has helped us out more times than we can remember.  We love you Paul!

Aspen - this fabulous guy was a full time part of our Marquee Crew last year and has been an essential part of the PPT Team ever since.  Now with a proper full-time job in farming (Thanks to Heidi for helping him in this area) - we see Aspen now only occasionally, usually on the other end of a Marquee pole or tractor!
