Whatever type of event you're having - whether it's a Glamping Holiday, Hen-do, Birthday Bash or your own little Festival - we have lots of those all important extras that you can hire from us, saving you some pennies and the planet from more waste!

We have a whole range of Large Gazebo's - all with all 4 sides (with windows) if needed and available to hire for £100 for a weekend / 2 night stay!
Great for shielding from the sun as well as showers it's the British Party-goers best friend- and because we only use Gazebo's from Rock Awnings we know they are super sturdy as well as beautiful!
Price includes set up with lights and bunting too.
*All Gazebo's are a minimum of 4.5m x 3m
Our beautifully styled Pallet Packages are perfect for Afternoon Tea, Posh Take Outs, Barbecues, Hog Roasts and all types of Caterers (we can even recommend some) All packages include: - Pallets or low tables dressed with Runners, Rugs, Cushions and Table Decor, Centre-pieces, Dinner Plates, Napkins, Cutlery & Glassware

Our Camp Kitchen pretty much includes the lot and means that as soon as you turn up - you're set to holiday in style!
Our fabulous Firepits are all hand made on site at Wooders by our fabulous metal-worker and welder, Sid (Heidi's kid brother) and together with Logs, sticks and Marshmallows we can provide you with the perfect Fire pit fun for your glamping stay.
Price includes a Fire pit, a bag of Logs and a Box of Marshmallows, sticks and choccie biscuits!! S'more away!!
We have all sorts of items that we can help with from Straw Bales to Cable Drum Tables as well as Rugs and lights, bunting and well - just ask! Chances are we don't have it - we know someone who has! Our stunning Oak Barrels are the perfect party piece if you're going for a rustic, country wedding or event!
Varnished and showing off their old, rustic charms, they are perfect for perching at with a drink - or equally great for showing off your Wedding Cake, they're a brilliant way to add some Country vibes to your Wedding or event.
We are blessed to have the best carpenter ever in our little black book so when we asked him to create us a beautiful Wedding Arch - he didn't hold back.
Hire charge also includes full dressing of the Arch for you with your chosen coloured voiles/fabrics and either dried or artificial flowers (or your own of course).

Our Oak Butter Churn is the perfect Wedding Post box - big enough for lots of cards, pressies and bottles of fizz and perfectly capable of holding it all for collection after the event. It also looks amazing and is a real talking point!
We always style it up and also include a pretty frame for you to add your Wedding Post signage - but we can also do this for a small fee if you need us to.
We have lots of items that are suitable for creating Table Centrepieces and for making all your Tables look stunning...
All weddings generally need a few signs to keep their guests on track and to remind everyone where they're supposed to be...but they can also pass on your love too.
We have lots of signs, pallets, seating plans and various A boards ready for us to tailor to your needs.
Just ask to see some of them and we can show you what we can do.
We can even print up personalisation's for you too.
It's always the small details that bring it all together and turn a tent into a wedding Marquee...and we have LOTS of those small details.
From display ladders to apple crates, jars with tealights in to jugs of flowers, lanterns and lights in huge array of styles as well as all those little vases and Love signs.
There's not a lot we don't cover - and even less we can't get for you.
We recognise that when you're having a wedding, there's a fair bit of waiting around, photo taking, general socialising and standing about a bit...and it's possible that not everyone in your wedding party is capable of that level of standing about. This is where our oh so gorgeous - and very comfy - breakout furniture comes into it's own!
We have various sets of tables and chairs -as well as sofa sets, that can provide you, your Mum-to-be friend - or your Nan -somewhere to park up and enjoy.
If ever there was a time to celebrate in style and get yourself your own beautiful "Thrones" - then your big day is it!
Perfect for your Top Table or perhaps just to rest those weary dancing feet, these are the perfect chill out chairs - and make a great photo prop all on their own too.
They are also super comfy and once in, we might not get you out of them again.

We have a hugely extensive Wedding Props List available to hire items from! But if you want to pick and choose from the whole range of items - and bring it all along - then we can do that for you.

If you want us to dress all the arches of the Marquee and it’s pole/s with either Cream Floral Garlands or Artificial Foliage, Cheesecloth linens, white bunting and twinkly Lights as a beautiful base level for your wedding or event - it'll literally be ready to celebrate in!

Fiona and/or Heidi and up to 3 members of our team can be on hand from 9am - 5pm to discretely "turn around" any Marquee spaces (eg from Ceremony to Evening space), moving furniture and generally being on hand to sort things out on the day. We do NOT provide a waiting on service - we're more facilitators and will greet suppliers, taking them where you want them, making sure everything is set up as you wish it on theand ensuring everye is where they are supposed to be and all is well on the day.
One set is enough to light up a Marquee - price is per set and you can use them where you like. We'll provide the lights - you provide the power!
Our beautiful outdoor solar lights are approx 6 - 8m long
These subtle but very effective lights are approx 10m in length and are perfect for bringing an event to life - without even knowing they're there during the day!
These stunning lanterns are perfect to create a party atmosphere whilst also looking subtle and sublime. Every other lantern will be lit too! Just let us know what colours you love and we'll do all we can to help.
We have LOADS of lanterns in various colours and styles and they really are fabulous for creating an atmosphere. If you need faux candles let us know and likewise if you prefer wire lights- to be ordered seperately.
Perfect for displaying photos of loved ones not present or displaying special mementos
This beautiful sign is perfect at the Entrance to your Wedding and says "Welcome to our Wedding. Thankyou for joining in our Celebrations"
This will be freshly painted and ready for you to sign up as you wish. If you want us to do it for you - order 2 and we'll know you want us to do that (we will of course be in touch)
We have LOADS of these available - and they're perfect for popping slippers and flip flops in, for blankets, logs, lights - all sorts!
For £25 we'll load it with Blankets and whatever contents you like/have
Perfect to prop up your Table Seating Plan or any other signs you want to display.
We'll provide enough bunting for you to decorate your event. All our bunting is varied but beautiful. If you have specific colour requests just ask and we'll try our best to accommodate.
We have LOADS of these available - £5 per flag hire
With a huge variety of cushions and throws in an array of colours and textures - we're sure we have plenty to suit your event whether it's to dress up a chill out area or to pop into hampers for those chilly evenings. You can also hire out a Hamper of blankets for just £20 with between 8-12 Blankets already inside one of our Hampers or Apple Crates (it varies as some are bigger than others)
Again - we have a huge number and variety of rugs for both indoor and outdoor use. Just ask for more information
