It goes without saying that the guys at Wooders are very much our business besties!

Heidi, Jez and Sid run the show at Wooders and are totally committed to making sure everyone who stays feels part of the family!

And that's exactly how we feel about them too.

This is our base and our home and when you stay here you really get the chance to see open skies, starry nights, fabulous farm life and rural Dorset at it's best!

Cath Ramm is just the loveliest - and most talented lady we know.  Her expertise with dried flowers has seen her grace the pages of magazines such as Country Living and an abundance of press.  

She really knows how to style and dress a venue whether that's a Bell Tent, Marquee, Hotel, Restaurant, Hall, Barn or Retail environment - basically - give her a space and she'll make it beautiful!  

Get her onboard - you won't regret it!  She's super nice and she also has loads of bales available to hire when we don't or you have a venue  that's not Wooders.

We've got to know Katy really well over the last few years and love being around her.  Her energy is just totally boundless and well - you only have to go check out her website to see how talented she is!

We love her and know that you will too.  All her couples get a free engagement shoot with all her packages so that's really worth checking out - and  she'll do all she can to reduce any anxiety and help ease any worries, especially for introverts and those who may feel camera-shy but still want beautiful photos to remember the day by. 

 On your wedding day, think of Katy as your “wing-woman.” She'll be there to make your day as magical as possible!

Yes - we use another Marquee company - A LOT!

Susannah and Callum at QMH as we know them are just the nicest people ever - and we've collaborated on more events that we haven't.  We use them for furniture, dancefloors, glitter balls - all sorts. They have garden furniture, barrels and LOVE letters to hire and a whole host of lighting and electrical goodies too - so if we need some extra help on things - these are our people!

This is a stunning venue and one we have gotten to know and love over the years.

Lovely Carly is the Weddings & Events Co-Ordinator here and we know she'll do all she can to make your wedding as magical as possible. 

We provide additional Glamping to Moonacre when you've filled their Glamping provisions and we can also provide extra Marquee space too for extra under cover areas.

   From humble beginnings as ‘The Paella Lady’, Idelica is now among the most sought-after caterers for their specialist menus and attentive service across our home stretch of the South of England. 

Based locally to us in Wimborne they are just the loveliest of people - and even better - their food is AMAZING! 

We have never seen such cleared plates as when they're catering!

Nicola at The Pink Greenhouse is very much a favourite of ours.  Having only recently started her business, she is now creating beautiful cut flower DIY Wedding baskets so you can create your own unique and very bespoke cut flower arrangements for your wedding - whether in small bud vases, jars or Jugs (we can provide all of these for hire) or if you get in touch quickly enough - she can create bespoke dried flower arrangements too - and even more impressive - all these flowers are grown in her own garden (a few doors away from Fi in Bere Regis) so they couldn't be more local and fresh!

 Quite simply, Charlotte creates beautiful high quality floristry, and has a huge passion for flowers and an eye for detail. With many year's experience and a wealth of ideas  specialising in creating stunning bespoke flowers for weddings and events throughout Dorset, Charlotte is just lovely and the perfect woman for all your Wedding Florals 

We LOVE the guys over at St Leonard's Farm near Ferndown.  Located on the edge of the New Forest on the other side of Dorset, we provide James and the team with our beautiful Glamping Services so their lovely customers can also enjoy a bit stress free of fun under canvas!

We've enjoyed working over there so much we're Glamping them up in 2023 too!

Angela Turner is a creative genius when it comes to cake and all things sweet!  She can provide Incredible Afternoon Teas to our site at Wooders as well as Spectacular Wedding Cakes for your Big Day!  With a huge understanding for all things dietary, she will do everything she can to help you with your event - and she's good friends with lovely Catherine from the Dried Flower Styling Company - so double winner!
