Bere Heath Farm Weddings

Furniture hire is an additional cost and your requirements will vary depending on the size of your wedding and the look you're after. Whether it's long trestle tables and benches or round banqueting tables and chairs - and with or without linens. 

We have some fantastic suppliers in our little black book that will help you achieve the look you're after - and can also help with those other essentials like Dancefloors and Mirrorballs too!  

Unless you have booked the Bere Heath Package, dressing is not included in your package price.  This is something we can help you with.  We can dress both the Marques and the barn in the colours you wish - with linens on Marquee poles for instance and a fairy light canopy as well as with floral and foliage garlands - or working with your chosen florist or stylist to help (we know some of these too).  We have lots of props and items that might help you along from Seating plans to post boxes.

Food and Drink is such an important part of your day - and we know that your tastes will be just as individual as you are.  We can recommend some incredible foodies and give you our take on what's hot and what may or may not work - but we will leave the catering decisions entirely down to you.  The same goes for your choice of Bar.  

We can help if you want a DIY open Bar and also give you phone numbers for Cocktail Mixologists and Bar providers so nobody will be going thirsty!

We can recommend some fantastic suppliers for both Toilet and Shower facilities depending on your needs. 

At Bere Heath Farm we really are a rural, rustic escape and so that means everything has to be brought onto site.

We do have Water  points however, both in the Meadow and from the Barn and we also have an electric suppy to the barn 

If you need additional electric to the Meadow, you will need to hire in a generator if your caterers don't have their own.

We are passionate about event planning and love sharing our knowledge and expertise with you and we will of course help you along the way.  We don't however, take on responsibility for doing it all - though we can put you in touch with people who can - and will.

If you need us on the day - again we can do that too if you'd like us to and need furniture moving etc and just need some capable hands about but we're not catering staff so again we can send you to some experts if you need them!
