Perfect Party Tents is working exclusively with this beautiful new venue, deep in the Dorset countryside, to bring you real flexibility, choice and the ability to have your country wedding - your way!
Bere Heath Farm has a very special place in our hearts because it is where Heidi grew up herself and where she watched her Father and Family farm since she was born. Bere Heath farm is now owned by lovely Emma and Jeff and are now Heidi's neighbours. Heidi still farms her own herd quite literally over the road, so when Emma and Jeff started to talk about how they too could diversify the way they use the land - we immediately jumped onboard to help and over a few coffees have been working together on it since.
At Perfect Party Tents, you already know us for bringing the Bell Tents, Marquees and "can-do" attitude we have become well known for - and now we're bringing you the management of this fantastic venue too!
We are so passionate about creating unforgettable events and wanted to make sure that you are front and centre of this new project. We've done enough weddings by now to know that it's having complete flexibility and the ability to change your mind 18 times a minute that can really help when you're trying to organise your Big Day. It's also about getting the basics right and making sure that your wedding is actually all about something more than just a party in a field - it's about the both of you!

Whether you’re planning a laid back, DIY, Hog Roast affair or a full Wedding breakfast and structured event - we will help with it all. We are here to make your vision a reality.

In this gorgeous old Hay Barn, we are busy creating the perfect rustic, Ceremony space which is being beautifully curated and painted ready for 2027, creating a soft ambience for your "I do's".
With our stunning Wooden Hex Arch providing the perfect backdrop for your Ceremony, and covered hay bale seating already in place, you will be able to decorate it as you wish with florals or simply leave it as it is - the magical fairy lights permanently situated throughout the barn already do much of the work for you.
Two Thirds of the Barn is then ready for you to party in - whether you're going for a full Band or DJ or simply a playlist - we can provide enough power to keep you dancing all night.
The Barn has both clean water and a power supply to it though you may wish to hire in additional generators if your Music requires a lot of electric.

This beautiful Butterfly Meadow is a large space capable of providing multiple uses for your weekend. With it's own access to the venue for your use, it provides plenty of parking for all your guests as well as room for all the Glamping and Camping you could wish for - at least enough space for 50 pitches.
The Meadow will also be where your Dining Marquee will be situated. Whichever of our Marquees you choose to use, complete with walkway leading the way - you will have plenty of space for whatever your taste buds fancy as well as those all important speeches!
This oh so cute little cabin is the perfect retreat for you both to spend some time - secluded in it's own private area of the Farmhouse Garden, it has it's own private entrance and shares parking with the Farmhouse.
There is a large deck out the front to enjoy the sun and shade from the trees, along with it's own garden just for you to spend time in. There is also a gas BBQ with hob for your morning brew! We will supply a lovely Coffee and Tea pack for you with some biscuits.
The Cabin is as planet friendly as it gets - battery powered by solar panels, running off 12v with USB sockets. We welcome our guests to experience a taste of off grid living without compromising on comfort. The cabin also comes with an outdoor washing up area so you can keep everything in order.
Inside there is mains water with a separate small bathroom including a hot shower from a gas bottle and flushing toilet. Adjoining this is the cosy, romantic bedroom just big enough for the two of you, with hooks and shelving to make yourself at home during your stay and put up the all important wedding togs!
The living area has a table and tea/coffee station. There is no heating or fridge. A cool box is provided though with ice packs to kick you off. Because of our gorgeous, secluded location there is no wifi and phone coverage is very limited so you really can just spend time together with no distractions. What a joy!
Well behaved dogs are welcome if you'd like to bring your beloved furry friend but as the fencing is not secure they will need to be kept under close control.

We want you to make yourselves at home, so all our Packages are for Friday to Sunday use. You can arrive any time on Friday, leaving by Midday on Sunday.
That means if you have Glamping - your guests can be a real part of your weekend long celebrations too!
To stay on until 7pm on Sunday it's an additional £500













We are only holding a maximum of 8 Weddings a year so yours will truly be a very special and uniquely yours event. We have a choice of dates for you to choose from....

We use a couple of fantastic Furniture Hire companies and the choices are numerous so we can discuss these with you so you can make your choice from Rustic Wooden Tables and chairs or benches - Round or Trestle tables and the myriad of choices there are.
